The Quality Of Amenities Is Also Superior Compared To Other Communities. — The layout of the apartment works for my lifestyle, with a built-in command center that is an added bonus. I like the atmosphere of the building and the quality of the surrounding area as well.

|Recommended: YesThe Location Is Centrally Located To All Amenities And Shopping With The Property Well Maintained And Managed. — All the nearby amenities not having to drive more than 2 - 5 minutes for all shopping needs.

|Recommended: YesI Like Location, I Like My Floor Plan, I Wish My Area In Front Of My Patio Was Not Bare And Hope They Would Eventually Landscape As I Was Told They Woud — I would say the staff is wonderful, Beautiful pool area, I wish we had elevators so I could live on the third floor.
I would like the wrought iron fence to have lower bars so my small dog could not get out.
I wish more people would clean up after their dogs. Dog park is to muddy.
Over all I love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I recently moved into my SageWater Village apartment and it has been great. The only down side is that it sounds like the people living above me are stomping around at all hours of the day.
|Recommended: YesI Really Enjoy Living Here. Definitely Enjoy All Of The Community Activities That You Can Do Throughout The Week And Weekends. — It's a young adult and family community wnere people work and enjoy living in community with one another. Very friendly place and very safe.

|Recommended: YesClean, Modern Living, In A Great Area — Its a great place to live with a modern look. The facilities are excellent. The location is great with many restaurants and Fort Worth just down the street.
