|Recommended: YesProperty Is Very Nice, Always Clean. — It is very relaxing to live here. It doesn't seem overcrowded and it is fairly quiet almost all the time. Wish they had more outdoor accessories for dogs and such, but it's overall really nice.

|Recommended: YesThe Inside Of My Apartment Is Very Nice. — The apartments are very nice. I cannot say the same about the hallways stairs. Because of the open concept, the stairs and hallways are always dirty. There is always some type of entertainment event every month for the tenants. The grounds are very well manicured and the lake on the east side of the buildings is a great place to walk exercise. GREAT LOCATION.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful And Safe Place To Live — Safe, relaxing, quiet. I love the gym and the pool. The park with the sidewalk is an absolute bonus as is the Alliance Town Center with everything you need so close to home
