|Recommended: YesPretty Good — These are fantastic apartments. Spacious, stylish, and private enough to feel like an entire home instead of a single apartment. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and in the whole time we've lived here we haven't had a single problem.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — These apartments set the bar high for my standards and expectations of other places if I ever even leave, that is . Besides the area being beautiful, the apartments and buildings are spacious, well-maintained, and take no time at all to feel like home. The staff in the office are always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need, and staff providing services like maintenance are always timely, quick, and respectful. I couldn't be happier with where I chose to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Upon stumbling in to try to quickly view an apartment right before the leasing office closed due to traveling to Fort Worth from Houston, the team was happy to help. I was shown a beautiful 1 bedroom and all my questions were answered. The application process was extremely easy and communication with the leasing office associates was great from start to finish. I love my apartment and have already recommended Sage Water Village to several others.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — I have lived in several apartments and so far these are my favorite. They are very quiet, don't really hear a lot of outside noise. The security is great with an officer who lives on site. I never have an issue finding a place to park and I love that they don't have visitor spaces, so my guests don't feel worried about parking. I have never had to physically go into the office and complain about anything, which is a first for me at an apartment complex. They keep the halls and every thing very clean and neat. The maintenance is amazing They always come by the following day and fix my stuff right away. The list could go on and on for me honestly. I love these apartments and definitely recommend them.

|Recommended: YesWould Be Excellent If — I love all the amenities and living in SageWater. However, more emphasis should be put to residents to clean up their pet waste along the facilities.

Laundry is an issue if you don't have your own machines.
You can rent but It would be nice if the complex had laundry facilities.
noise between apartments on the same floor is good, above is not so good.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Overall such an amazing apartment to love. From inside to outside is in amazing shape. Lawn care and pest control is amazing as well.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding — Some bug issues. Constant misquotes in the house. Shade boarder has broken twice. But those are my only issues. Very friendly place to live Recommend to everyone
