|Recommended: YesWhen I initially signed a lease here at SageWater, a friend of mine who had previously lived her, assured me it was a GREAT place to live And she was RIGHT You two have scheduled some really wonderful activities and offerings for us - from craft night to a complimentary bottle of wine to snow cones to pizza
Buildings exceptionally CLEAN and always kept up i.e., a light bulb at my entrance recently went out - I didn't even need to call - it was immediately replaced, which told me someone is always looking at where upkeep needs to happen
Grounds CLEAN and EXCELLENT - manicured gardens
SAFE - I have always felt safe living here I recently walked a neighbor's dog at 10 30 at night and never blinked A friend of mine said I was foolish out walking at night - I just laughed at her I feel SAFE here.
Residents here are very nice

|Recommended: YesSage Villa Apartments- The Calm Quiet Life — I have lived at sagewater village for 6 months now and I have to say, I enjoy it. For the most part, it’s peaceful and quiet. There aren’t many early 20 somethings or loud parties or music. Things stay calm and put together. There is no issue with bugs, maintenance or upkeep. It is expensive, but they are nice apartments. You get what you pay for.

|Recommended: YesGood — I like the location BUT my above neighbors are SUPER loud and throw cigarette butts down on my walkway and steps. Also, the new restaurant live outdoor space is a huge problem. The traffic and noise will be terrible.

|Recommended: YesLove My 2Br 2Bath Apt W Garage And Feel Safe Secure — Nice facility and great staff but mailboxes are too far from apt great value for quality just a pain hearing overhead family kids running jumping so much of the time that ceiling pieces oftentimes appear on my flooring Definitely recommended.

The location has proven to be perfect for us. The amenities are very nice, the grounds and facilities are kept in beautiful condition.
