|Recommended: YesIt's A Tidy, Pleasant Area , With Reasonable Facilities. — It's a quiet area, with reasonable facilities, located near a Kroger store to buy your groceries and medicines in a convenient way you can even walk to it . It's also at walking distance from other stores and amenities, and there is a good access to the IH35W.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice And Location Is Great — The apartment complex is well kept and very nice. It is conveniently located but still relatively quiet. It is a good size apartment, especially for the price. I rarely hear my neighbors and the residents are friendly. The staff is always very helpful and polite, Vanessa and Alexandria have been helpful with anything I've needed.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice, Clean, And Safe — We feel safe and comfortable here. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful. Although I can't hear neighbors on either side of me, the noise above us sounds like someone is playing basketball or bowling.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Living Hear — It's one of the nicest apartment I've lived in. Having a park and lake that you can fish at right next to you really nice. I've had a few maintenance needs pop up and they were both fixed that day. My dealings with the management have been minimal, but the times I have reached out to them they were professional and polite. They also responded to any questions or concerns I had in a timely matter. To be honest the only only complaint I really have is noise and it's not even that bad the entry ways carry noise so if you get a loud child person it can get annoying. Also, like most apartments if you get a loud neighbor the walls are just thin enough in the bath room and bedroom that you can hear them. However, 90 of the time noise isn't an issue. Overall, I think the price you pay to live hear is worth it, and I will be renting here for at least another year.

|Recommended: YesClean Prompt — Nothing bad to say. it's always clean and staff is quick to answer and prompt. the Noise isn't that bad compared to other apartments. very tolerable unless you are on the major streets it might bet loud but not often. overall i'd give it a 8 10.
