|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live Near All The Necessities — Great place to live. Great location with everything close nearby and necessities within walking distance. Maintenance has done everything in a timely fashion. No complaints thus far. Previous apartment I lived at was the same cost with less convenience. Staff here is super friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

|Recommended: YesWe Love Our Community — This complex is amazing, plain and simple. We love our unit, we love the amenities, and we have had only minor maintenance issues in the 1 years we have lived here. The maintenance guys are speedy quick The sense of community and professionalism of the staff here is outstanding. One instance in particular that really stood out for me was something that happened the other night My car was not starting in the parking lot, and we had tried everything to fix it put a small amount of gas in as best we could, jumped the battery, etc. . We do not own a gas can to fill up and stick a nozzle down in it, so we were thinking we would have to go purchase one, until low and behold, a maintenance guy came to the rescue. He was so polite and offered us some gas from his gas tank to use to see if we could get the car running. Though it didn't work, the kindness and willingness he had toward our situation was purely compassion. We will forever appreciate the kindness of our maintenance guys, and the staff here at Sagewater Village. We love y'all
|Recommended: YesLove Sagewater Village — SageWater is not your typical apartment complex, in my opinion. They go way above and beyond to make people feel welcome. Customer service is excellent. And they pay attention to every detail. The day we moved in there were drinks in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter, and toilet paper in the bathroom. So thoughtful We love it here so far

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice Apartment — This place is amazing Very friendly neighbors. The complex offers lots of amenities and they're huge on their community. Nice dog park and lake I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment.
